Every creation we make comes ready right out of the box; there is no assembly required. Just pick your new friend up and fall in love :)

Each model is crafted using special plastic called Polylactic Acid, PLA.

PLA stands as a marvel in the world of bioplastics, uniquely boasting the dual benefits of being both biosourced and biodegradable.

It is also non-toxic, so you don't have to worry about using one of your dragons as, for example, an aquarium decoration for your fish friends.

In case your plastic friend gets hurt, you can use regular super glue, which works quite well with the material.

If needed, feel free to contact us for any help or advice. We will need a photo of your product in order to assist or provide a replacement.

We put love and care into each of our creations. They are made to be durable for fidgeting.

Keep in mind that the general rule applies that smaller creatures (like small baby dragons) are more delicate because of the size of the pieces and require more care during play. Regular and larger sizes are recommended for more damage resistance.

Turtle Creations products may contain small part which can be broken off and swallowed. Our products are considered safe for kids 5+, but adult supervision is advised.

3D modeling designers provide the raw 3D models that are then processed by the crafters by choosing the correct materials, adding all the colours, making small adjustments, and processing the designs into printable instructions for 3D printers. The chosen materials and 3D printing process, as well as all the involved technology and post-processing, greatly influence the final result.

All of our models are officially licensed and fully compliant with the terms of the designers. We always include the designer logo on our page, make a direct callout to them, and we never use any dropshipping services. All of our products are crafted directly by us, Turtle Creations, in New Zealand.

When shopping for a 3D printed product, always check the licensing information. It helps to ensure that you support both the 3D modeling designers and the crafters.

Turtle Creations never resells or provides any access to any of the 3D models. We only sell the final products.

There are a lot of cheap, unlicensed copies out there, whether you are shopping online or at farmers' markets. Many of these copies are imported from overseas and simply sold for profit, even by people who may claim to have made them themselves.
